UL 3266 Crosslinked XLPE Wire

UL 3266 is a crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated wire compliant with standards including UL 758, UL 1581, CSA C22.2 No.210.2 and IEC60754-2; it has a rated temperature of 125℃ and a rated voltage of 300V, and meets the flammability requirements of UL VW-1 & CSA FT1 vertical flame test. The wire uses solid or stranded bare/tinned copper as the conductor (covering 12-32 AWG, e.g., 12AWG corresponds to 65 strands of 0.254mm wire), insulated with XLPE with a thickness of 0.38-0.45mm, and the finished diameter ranges from 1.00mm to 3.25mm; its conductor resistance at 20℃ is 6.30-578.00Ω/km. It is mainly used for internal wiring of electronic and motor equipment, and is packaged in 1000-2000 ft/roll.
