UL 3239 Silicone Rubber High pressure Wire

UL 3239 is a silicone rubber high-pressure wire compliant with UL 758 and UL 1581 standards; it has a rated temperature of 200℃ and a rated voltage range of 3KV to 30KV, and meets the flammability requirements of UL VW-1 & CSA FT1 vertical flame test. The wire uses solid or stranded bare/tinned copper as the conductor (covering 16-28 AWG, e.g., 16AWG corresponds to 52 strands of 0.178mm wire), insulated with silicone rubber—with insulation thickness 0.50-1.70mm and finished diameter 1.50-4.90mm across different voltage levels; its conductor resistance at 20℃ is 14.00-227.00Ω/km. It is mainly used for internal wiring of household appliances, fax machines, scanners, copiers and other equipment, and is packaged in 1000 ft/roll.
