1. Conductor Layer: Low-Resistance & Flexible for Efficient Transmission & Easy Installation

  • Specifications: Class 6 oxygen-free tinned copper (1.5mm²-35mm²), tin plating ≥3μm to prevent copper oxidation and resistance increase.

  • Advantages: Multi-strand stranding for flexibility (bending radius ≥4×OD), adapting to PV panel displacement and reducing installation/damage risks.

2. Insulation Layer: Wide-Temperature & Weather-Resistant for Extreme Environments

  • Material: Cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO), operating temperature -40℃ to 120℃ (instant 150℃), suitable for extreme temperature fluctuations.

  • UV Resistance: ≥3% UV additives, passing 1000-hour UV aging test (strength retention >90%) for long-term outdoor use.

3. Sheath Layer: Double-Layer Co-Extrusion for Protection & Buffering

Double-layer co-extrusion: Inner layer for water blocking & buffering; outer layer for weather resistance & tear resistance, enhancing mechanical and environmental protection.
